The objective is to create a balanced and equitable regional development by providing housing, employment, transportionation, local governance and municiapl finance.
COMMENTS
The Strategy is an explicit NUP. However, the country’s lack of economic and technical capacities lead to the slow implementation of strategies that address urban problems.
