The 1957 Decree tasks the Planning Department of allocating land development plans and authorizes Land Affairs of establishing the occupation of land titles. The decree assigns a Chief Town and a City Planning Commission for each province. The commission is made up of 5 voting members, comprised of a Legal Advisor and an Architect-Planner.
COMMENTS
There is no NUP. Urban development has been guided by the same documents and legislations contained in the decree of urbanism from 1957.
