FOCUS

The policy focuses on increasing economic growth, quality of life, and innovations in Dutch cities. The policy is based on three principles: 1. to promote the growth of cities and differentiate themselves, 2. to co-operate between urban developments and encourage cities to work together, and 3. to create conditions for innovation that will improve the quality of life and attract developers by fostering networks of data, energy, and transport infrastructure.
