FOCUS
The policy focuses on three main pillars. The first one highlights the national priorities on housing, basic services, socio-economic wellbeing, culture, lifestyle, mobility and infrastructure, and climate, energy and the environment. The second pillars identifies the need for reform of the system and processes related to urban governance, legislation, regulations, urban design, and urban economy. The last pillar focuses on formulating strategies for development, implementation and monitoring. Together the three pillars function as a 3 step roadmap towards local implementation of global agendas and providing national support.
